We will offer you 100% no questions asked refund excluding postage, should you have been charged for this on receipt of order, providing your order is shipped back to us in the original packaging with clock security tag’s in place and battery’s 100% charged and unpacked.

Payment terms

For all orders shipped 1-5 clocks must be paid for prior to delivery

Special Clock Orders

50% due with order, and 50% due on delivery or should you require us to install your clocks* this will be prior to installation. *POA & subject to our site survey.

We will accept company credit cards and payments by card will incur an additional 3% surcharge.

We appreciate all special clock orders of 5 clocks or more. Should these need to be returned to us there will be a restocking cost of 20%, as each time piece is made to order and quality assured by our in-house clock technical department.

All prices are plus 20% VAT.
