This consultation is targeted to public & local authorities and business organisations, Martins Law will improve security and preparedness for these enterprises across the UK.
To ensure that you have an effective procedures and practices in place to reduce harm to your staff and public the event of a terrorist threat, in evacuation, evacuation or lockdown situation.
The proposals set out different requirements for:
- standard tier premises, which would have a capacity of 100-799 individuals
- enhanced tier premises and qualifying public events, both of which have a capacity of 800 individuals or more.
