Ashley School specialises in teaching boys and girls with learning difficulties, aged 11 to 16. It has specialist facilities for practical subjects.
The School has recently been refurbished and facilities include an excellent sports field, well-stocked library, design technology room, information technology room, science laboratory, art room, music room, drama studio, sports hall and a students’ school council chamber.
The Headteacher Mrs Linda King B.Ed. (Hons) made an enquiry to Auto Time Systems about her requirements of updating their current schools bell class change system. We were able to provided the school with our Wireless Bell Class Change System as it was vital that tones sounded different to their fire alarm system tones, to safeguard pupils, staff and visitors to the school. They also wanted the clocks to be synchronised. The system was installed with no fuss as no new cables had to be ran around the school.
