For this schools Lockdown System, they’ve chosen a Rack Mounted Masterclock, X2 IP Button Box with 4 buttons, 8-Zone Microphone, Outdoor Harmonies 2 Loudspeakers and several Indoor Harmonies – Wall Mounted. The IP Button Box has 4 custom buttons that you can alter the actions to suit your school. You can pick what actions you wish to be carried out and can alter this as time goes on. Many schools use Wet Break, Lockdown Alert and End of Lockdown. The IP Button Box is attached to the wall and it is easy to see. You can have your device set up in certain rooms, and if you have several you can place them about making it easier for the staff to trigger the alarm as and when needed. With the 8-Zone microphone you can make a live announcement to any area within the school and thanks to the Indoor and Outdoor Harmonies these messages, alerts and announcements can be heard throughout.
